This Return and Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through The Scope Life website located at https://thescopelife.com/ ("Website").

- Return Eligibility
Customers in United States have the right to cancel their purchase and return the product within 14 days from the date of delivery, subject to the conditions outlined below.
- Excludes “Custom and Made-To-Order products”.
3.1 Conditions for Return
- Unused and Undamaged: The item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition that you received it.
- Original Packaging: The item must be in the original packaging, with all labels and tags attached.
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

4.1 Initiating a Return
- Email us at support@thescopelife.com
- Provide your order number and a detailed reason for the return.
2. Return Authorization
- Return the item within 14 days from the date of delivery.
- Excludes “Custom and Made-To-Order products”.
4.2 Preparing Your Return
- Securely pack the item in its original packaging.
- Ensure all accessories, manuals, and free gifts are included.
- Include the return authorization form and any necessary supporting documents or images.
3. Attach Shipping Label:
- Download and print the return shipping label.
- Affix the label to the outside of the package.
- Return Shipping Costs
Customer Responsibility:
- Customer Responsibility: Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or not as described. Customers are responsible for any shipping costs throughout any return and exchange processes and the cost of a new product shipping in the case of a refund or exchange. Any additional restocking fee may occur and are the responsibility of the customer.
- Due to drastically increasing LTL/freight shipping costs, any outright returns will incur a 25% cancellation fee + return shipping costs.
- If you are exchanging the product for something else, we may be able to help you cover some of the costs depending on the product.
Company Responsibility:
- If the return is due to a defective product, damage during shipping, or an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs.
- Specific Return and Refund Conditions
6.1 Returns Due to Change of Mind or Exchanges
Eligibility:
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
- Return the item within 14 days from the date of delivery.
- Excludes “Custom or made-to-order products”.
Refund:
- A refund will be issued to the original payment method, minus any applicable restocking fees and or 25% cancellation fee.
6.2 Defective or Damaged Goods
Notification:
- If the packaging and item arrived damaged, report it to support@thescopelife.comwithin 24 hours from the date of delivery or the item damage claim will not be valid.
Documentation:
- Please inspect the packaging and item at the time of delivery. Make a note of the damage(s) on the carrier’s Delivery Receipt/Proof of Delivery.
- Provide photographs of the damaged packaging, item and SKU, along with a brief description of the damage and email to support@thescopelife.com
- We will process an insurance claim on your behalf.
6.3 Incorrect Product Received
Contact us immediately upon receipt, no later than 24 hours from the date of delivery.
6.4 Product Never Arrived
Contact us if your product does not arrive within the estimated delivery time.
6.5 Order Cancellation
Before Shipment:
- You can cancel your order for a full refund if it has not yet been shipped.
After Shipment:
- If the order has already been shipped, please follow the return procedure after receiving the product.
6.6 Custom Order Cancellation
- Custom or made-to-order products cannot be canceled or refunded as these products are put into production specifically for your order. These units are custom-made to your specification or created once you order. Your warranty will guarantee you a fully functional and operational product. If it is not clear whether your order is custom or made to order, please contact us at support@thescopelife.com
- All sales are final for "Custom and Made-to-order products".
- Exceptions to the Return Policy
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
Custom and Made-To-Order products:
- Items made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
Perishable Goods:
- Such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines.
Intimate or Sanitary Goods:
- Including underwear, swimwear, and personal care items, unless unopened and unused.
Gift Cards and Downloadable Software Products.
- Refunds
8.1 Refund Conditions
Approval:
- Refunds are issued after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Notification:
- We will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
Condition:
- Items must meet the return eligibility criteria outlined above.
8.2 Refund Processing
Method:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
Time Frame:
- It may take up to 14 days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.
